Jonathan Simpson



Jonathan has over 20 years' experience in public affairs, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. Jonathan has worked on some of the highest profile regeneration projects in London during that time. He joins Cascade Communications from an agency where he led planning, place shaping and public engagement in London, the South East and the Midlands.

He also worked for Tesco on their store and mixed-use development projects throughout the UK. Jonathan has worked as a broadcast spokesperson for a national campaigning organisation. He has been an elected councillor in a central London Borough since 2002.

Career highlight:

Working as part of the successful bid to host the 2012 Olympic games in London.

Jonathan is a Trustee of the Amy Winehouse Foundation and a past fundraising Board member of the Roundhouse Trust. He's passionate about how culture can positively shape communities and has worked on a range of projects that give opportunities to young people.

Jonathan can be regularly seen at live music concerts throughout London, but his days in the mosh pit are long behind him.
