Staines committee success and CIPR award shortlist

PLANNING SUCCESS: STAINES-UPON-THAMES

Cascade is delighted to have supported London Square in securing planning approval for Phase 1B of their exciting development in the centre of Staines. Spelthorne Borough Council resolved to grant permission for 104 new homes, ground floor flexible commercial space and landscaping improvements.

This is the latest addition to Cascade's recent successes outside of London, including recent approvals in Reigate & Banstead, Elmbridge and further afield.

 OLD SOUTHWARK FIRE STATION: Shortlisted for CIPR Excellence Awards: Planning Campaign of the Year

Cascade is proud to have been shortlisted for our work on the Old Southwark Fire Station as the CIPR Planning Campaign of the Year. The proposals, brought forward by Hadston, include a new 1150-student secondary school and sixth form, 199 new homes, commercial space on Southwark Bridge Road, as well as a community sports centre and new green open space.
