Sam Wilson

Client Director

Background:
Having worked in public affairs and stakeholder engagement for six years, Sam has experience of delivering retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes across the country.

At Cascade, Sam oversees construction communications for Battersea Power Station whilst also supporting the ongoing programme of phased planning applications, including the redevelopment of Cringle Dock in conjunction with the Western Riverside Waste Authority.

Working with South West London and St. George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, Sam managed the complex stakeholder and community engagement programme for the development of the Springfield Park Strategy.

Sam now works with the Trust to provide strategic political advice, stakeholder engagement and community consultation services to support the promotion of their wider Estates Modernisation Programme across South West London

Successfully overturning an officer recommendation for refusal by generating a grassroots campaign which was led by local residents’ lobbying councillors through social media groups for information sharing and online petitions.
