We are excited to welcome Rob Smith as Cascade’s new Client Executive and announce the promotion of rupuk patel to client manager.
Rob is a Conservative Party activist in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, and has delivered many successful community consultations, taking them from early inception through to planning approval. From national, local and London-wide election campaigns, Rob is an experienced grassroots campaigner and is passionate about genuine resident engagement to enhance communities.
He explains:
Tackling the housing crisis will not be without its challenges but at the heart of it must come local communities. In order to build the genuinely affordable homes that are fit for the future, we must bring communities with us. Community engagement is paramount to this.
In addition to Rob’s arrival, Rupuk Patel has been promoted to Client Manager, having joined Cascade as a Client Executive in 2021. Rupuk has fast become a key member of the Cascade team, with his background in public affairs and the built environment enabling him to work closely with several high-profile clients to solve complex and controversial issues relating to consultation and engagement.
