Helping to secure the delivery of 3,000 Build to Rent homes across London
Objective
To showcase Connected Living London, the long-term partnership between Transport for London and Grainger plc, as a leading Build to Rent developer, and to secure planning approval for 618 Build to Rent units across two sites in Lambeth: Nine Elms and Montford Place, Kennington.
Our Role
Consultation activities for the Lambeth sites which included door-knocking were publicly commended by community groups, ward councillors and the Leader of Lambeth Council.
Across their portfolio of six sites, Cascade developed Connected Living London’s corporate website, showcasing their vision to deliver more than 3,000 homes.
Impact
