Leading the engagement on the first phases of Enfield’s 20 year regeneration project

Objective

Supporting Meridian Water’s 20-year regeneration, which is set to provide 10,000 homes, 6,000 jobs and create 8.2 hectares of parkland in the Lea Valley.

Our Role

Cascade advises Vistry Partnerships, who are set to deliver, in partnership with Enfield Council, the first homes on Meridian Water. We assisted Vistry with their initial bid, which then extended to a full social value review on local community needs. We are managing all digital outreach and engagement throughout the planning stages.

Impact

The first phase was consented in 2021 and our focus is now on establishing a Construction Skills Academy and Meanwhile Uses for the site.
